| 摘 要： | 斜翼调速系统是最近才出现的风力提水机调速系统,它将风力机的迎风机构和调速机构综合在一起而其结构却比每一个单独的机构还简单。本文研究了这一新型调速系统的工作原理,分析了它的性能并推导出其设计计算公式。文中还论述了关键参数的作用及设计的步骤和方法。

| Abstract: | Slant blade governor is a newly-presented windmill governor.It combines the orientation and speed regulation mechanism in one struture,but is simpler than any one of them. The paper daels with the working princile of the new governor and derives some formulars for design and calculation.The paper also expounds affection of some key parameters and the pro- cess of design. |
