摘    要:介绍了倾斜冷却板法制备半固态合金流程短、成本低、设备简单、生产效率高,同时又能生产较大尺寸的半固态坯料等的特点,指出了倾斜冷却板法制备半固态合金的原理及其影响因素,并阐述了倾斜冷却板法在半固态加工中的应用及其应用前景。

Abstract:This paper introduced the advantages to produce semi-solid alloy by using the inclined cooling plate such as its short flow,low cost,simple equipment,high production efficiency,and it can produce big size roughcast.It described the principle of producing semi-solid alloy by the inclined cooling plate and the influencing factors.The paper also discussed the application of inclined cooling plate in semi-solid processing and its prospect.
