| 摘 要： | 针对建材行业水泥生产中长堆场原材料预均化过程的工艺和设备,通过研究与分析,建立了一种数学模型,并将其应用在基于PLC的自动控制系统中,提高了物料的均化效果,增加了水泥的产成品率,使产品质量有了保证。

| Abstract: | Based on the study of technology and equipment for advance homogenization of raw materials in cement industry,the paper proposes to build a mathematical model,and the model is applied to automatic control system which is based on PLC.The effect of advance homogenization is improved,the yield rate of cement is increased and the quality of cement is ensured. |
