合成氯乙酸的动力学研究及其发展趋势

摘    要:介绍了氯乙酸的应用、合成方法、工业化生产方法 ,即三氯乙烯水解法、氯乙酰氯水解法、乙酸催化氯化法 ,还介绍了在硫磺和醋酐存在的条件下乙酸催化氯化反应的机理 ,硫磺和醋酐实际上都是乙酰氯的引发剂 ,反应过程中真正的催化剂均为乙酰氯 ;也对国内外乙酸催化氯化合成氯乙酸的动力学研究进展进行了综述 ,并提出了在乙酸催化氯化合成氯乙酸过程中采用固体酸作为催化剂的一种新思路。

Abstract:In this paper, the application, synthesis and commercial production of the mono chloroacetic acid are briefly introduced including hydrolysis of trichloroethylene, hydrolysis of chloracetyl chloride, chlorination of acetic acid and also the reaction mechanism of chlorination of acetic acid when acetic anhydride or sulfur is provided as catalyst . In fact,the acetic anhydride or sulfur is just the initiating agent of acetyl chloride which is the final catalyst in the reaction . The research development trends of studying the kinetics of catalyzed chlorination of acetic acid are reviewed and a new approach of choosing solid acid as catalyst in the process of synthesis of mono chloroacetic acid by catalyzed chlorination of acetic acid is here set forward.
