| 摘 要： | 根据大型企业特点,对目前普通采用的“集中型”、“分散型”和“复合型”采购模式进行了研究。在此基础上,提出了大型企业集团“集散型采购模式”,进而设计了其组织结构,介绍了各部门职能,并对这些模式进行了详细的比较。

| Abstract: | The paper,based on the characteristics of the large enterprise groups,discusses their purchasing modes in detail.It introduces "DCS(Collecting-distributing System) purchasing mode" in largele enterprise groups,and designs the organization structure.Finally,it compares the DCS mode with the original modes. |
