有机磷农药酶生物传感器的研究进展

摘    要:胆碱酯酶是一种重要的工具酶,现阶段测定有机磷农药的生物传感器大多以胆碱酯酶作为分子识别元件。详细综述了检测有机磷农药的胆碱酯酶生物传感器的种类、性能,并简单介绍了胆碱酯酶的固定化技术,对今后酶生物传感器检测有机磷农药的工作进行了展望。

Abstract:Cholinesterase is a kind of important tool enzyme. Currently the identification element of biosensor for determination Ops is AChE. In this paper, the classification of cholinesterase biosensor, its performance and development are summarized. The immobilization methods and techniques of AChE is introduced. Expectation of future in this field is indicated.
