| 摘 要： | 通过对工业科技成果转化过程的考察,提出了工业科技成果转化效果的综合评价指标体系,建立了工业科技成果转化效果的综合评价模型。在此基础上,对河北省工业科技成果转化效果进行了评价。最后指出,科学合理的科技成果转化效果评价对于明确工业科技成果转化工作重点和政策的确定、推动科技成果向现实生产力的转化以及科技成果转化政策的制定具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | By reviewing the process of scientific achievements transformation,an evaluation index system and the corresponding evaluation model was given.And the transformation effect of scientific achievements evaluated by the use of the index system.Finally it was concluded that scientific and reasonable evaluation of the transformation effect of scientific achievements is very important.For making out the key point of transformation of scientific achievements,and even forpromoting the transformation of scientific achievements. |
