直接法制取活性氧化锌的研究

摘    要:报道了以锌矿为原料,NH_4Cl为浸出剂,代替现有生产工艺中常使用的硫酸,经浸取、除杂净化、水解和干燥煅烧,直接制取活性氧化锌。试验得出了适宜的工艺条件:浸取温度60℃,浸出时间2h,锌的浸出率达91%以上;水解温度50℃,水解时间2h,溶液中锌的质量浓度为15 g/L,水解率可达96%以上。

Abstract:Active zinc oxide was preparated from zinc ore by a series of steps such as lixiviating, purifying,hydroly-zing,drying and calcining,and ammonium chloride as a lixiviating agent instead of sulphric acid in existence. Optimum process conditions and factors affecting the results were obtainedtemperature of lixiviating is 60℃.time is 2 h, the lixiviating ratio of zinc is 91 %. Temperature of hydrolyzing is 50℃ .time is 2 h.zinc content of the solution is 15 g/L with more than 96% hydrolyzing ratio.
