压差法测定生化需氧量的研究

摘    要:介绍了压差法测定水中生化需氧量(BOD)的原理和操作方法,分别用压差法和稀释接种法测定了标准样品和实际水样的生化需氧量,结果表明压差法测定生化需氧量具有生化效率高、操作简单、测试方便的优点,可自动储存测量数据。压差法测定的BOD5值能够很好地表征水体可生化降解性,与传统法的测定结果有较好的可比性。

Abstract:This paper introduces the principle and operation method of the differential pressure method for the determination of biochemical oxygen demand(BOD)in water.The standard samples are measured with the differential pressure method and the dilution inoculation method and actual biochemical oxygen demand of water samples.The results show that the pressure method has high biochemical efficiency,and it is simple to operate with the measured data stored automatically.The measured BOD values can characterize the water biodegradation property well,and is better than the traditional method.
