程控放大器在X-射线测厚仪系统中的应用

摘    要:根据X-射线测厚仪系统在线测量时量程的变换需要对X-射线探测器转换出的电压信号的放大增益作相应改变的技术要求,分析了MAX532数模转换器实现放大增益程序控制的原理,提出采用Mega48单片机实现的程控放大器设计方案,给出了系统电路原理图和软件设计流程图,该方案在X-射线测厚仪系统中得到了良好的验证。

Abstract:According to the requirements for the change of X-ray thickness gauge system online measurement range transformation,an amplification gain of voltage signal conversion to X-ray detector needs to be regulated to achieve.The principle of program control of MAX532 digital-to-analog converter with regulated amplifier gain is analyzed,and the scheme of programmable amplifier design with Mega48 monolithic machine implementation is presented.The system circuit diagram and software design flow are given.The scheme is verified in the X-ray thickness gauge system.
