| 摘 要： | 1952年英国烟雾事件是全球最严重的环境公害事件之一,英国对环境污染的治理经过了半个世纪的历史过程。在污染治理中英国取得了一些宝贵的经验,回顾总结这些经验可以为中国城市空气污染治理提供借鉴。
