Dralon细旦异形腈纶纤维的形态结构及性能研究

摘    要:为了了解Dralon细旦异形腈纶纤维的性能,对所选的Dralon细旦异形腈纶纤维、有光棉型普通腈纶纤维、棉型蓄热散热竹炭腈纶纤维的强伸性能、摩擦性能和吸湿性能进行测试和分析,并用扫描电子显微镜观察三种纤维横截面和纵向形态。结果表明:Dralon细旦腈纶纤维具有哑铃型异形截面;与普通腈纶和竹炭腈纶相比,其强度高、摩擦系数大、吸湿性好。

Abstract:In order to understand the properties of Dralon fine denier profiled acrylic fiber,the tensile properties,friction properties and hygroscopicity of Dralon fine-denier profiled acrylic fiber,luster cotton-spun acrylic fiber and cotton-type regenerative heat bamboo charcoal acrylic fiber are tested.The cross-sectional and longitudinal morphology of the three kinds of fibers are observed with scanning electron microscope.The results show that Dralon fine denier profiled acrylic fiber has a dumbbell-shaped cross-section,and its tensile strength is higher,its friction coefficients are larger and its moisture absorption property is better than the other two acrylic fibers.
