摘    要:采用多传感器信息融合技术实现对介质充填率、料球比以及磨矿浓度三因素的检测,并通过神经网络建立球磨机外部响应与内部负荷参数之间的关系模型,对球磨机负荷进行预测,为球磨机优化控制奠定基础。

Research for Three Factors on Load Examination of the Ball Mill Based on Information Fusion Techniques

Abstract:This paper constructs a multi-sensor fusion-based measuring system, and then RBF neural network is utilized to fuse the multi-sensor information effectively. Through examination of the multiple external response and the relations between the exterior response and internal load of the ball mill, the confirmation of the many internal load-parameters of the ball mill can be achieved accurately, accordingly establishing the foundation of the optimized real-time control for the mine-grinding process.
