| 摘 要： | 从界面管理基本理论入手,结合案例分析,详细介绍EPC项目的设计管理工作实践,探讨界面分析对于控制设计技术风险的运用形式,并在界面分析的基础上提出界面管理体系,为实现对EPC项目设计管理的全过程把控提供支撑。

| Abstract: | Starting with the basic theory of interface management,combined with case analysis,this paper introduces the design management practice of EPC project in detail,discusses the application form of interface analysis to control the technical risk of design,and puts forward the interface management system on the basis of interface analysis,which provides support for the realization of control over the whole process of EPC project design management. |
