| 摘 要： | 概述内河沉管隧道的特点与施工工程,阐述内河沉管隧道全生命周期的阶段划分及其成本管理重点,基于项目业主的视角提出内河沉管隧道全生命周期成本管理模型,包括项目成本数据采集模型、价格指标关联分析模型和项目成本分析模型,为提升业主方针对内河沉管隧道的成本管理效率提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the features and the construction process of immersed tube tunnel of inland river,and elaborates the phase division of full life cycle and the key points of cost management of immersed tube tunnels of inland river.Based on the perspective of project owner,puts forward the model of full life cycle cost management of immersed tube tunnels of inland river,including project cost data acquisition model,price index correlation analysis model and the project cost analysis model,in order to help project owner improve the efficiency of cost management of immersed tube tunnels. |
