| 摘 要： | 现金流管理是现代企业资金管理的基础和资金运转核心,企业在生存发展中对现金的依赖程度越来越高,如何掌控好现金的流转成为制约其生存发展的重要因素.本文分析了我国企业现金流管理中有关管理理念,不良融资,营运控制,管理制度中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策和建议.

| Abstract: | The cash flow management is the basis of modern enterprise capital management and the core of capital operation.The reliance of cash is higher during the enterprise survival and development.How to control the transfer of the cash is an obstacle to the survival and development.This paper analyzes the cash flow management in the enterprise management,bad financing,operating control,and the management system.And we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions. |
