北上广深经济增长质量测度和分析

本文根据经济增长质量的内涵，从结构优化、稳健有效、民生共享、资源环境和创新素质等五 个维度构建经济增长质量评价指标体系，采用全局主成分分析法（GPCA）对2000～2013年北 京、上海、广州和深圳四城的经济增长质量时序变化进行量化考察。测度结果表明，新世纪 以来四城的经济增长质量水平均有大幅提升，四城间的经济增长质量水平存在明显的梯度性 差异，但这种差距呈持续缩小的趋势。各城市应因城制宜提升经济增长质量，在关键着力点 上各有侧重。

The Measurement and Analysis of the Quality of Economic Growth of Beijing,Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen

Based on the connotation of quality of economic growth,this paper builds the index o f quality of economic growth,which constitutes economic structure optimization,g rowth efficiency and stability,peoples well-being improvement and achievements distribution,resource saving and friendly-environment,innovation and quality.Gl obal Principal Component Analysis is used to measure the quality of economic gro wth in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Shenzhen from 2000 to 2013.The conclusion is that the quality of economic growth in the four cities was significantly impr oved year by year from 2000 to 2013,and there was an obvious difference and grad ient change among them,but fortunately the difference was shrinking.The four cit ies should implement measures appropriate to their own circumstances to improve the quality of economic growth.
