中部六省高技术产业创新驱动绩效分析——基于熵值和TOPSIS法物元评判模型

摘    要:本文建立了创新活动产出与创新活动投入体系,根据熵值和TOPSIS物元模型,根据《中国高技术产业统计年鉴2015》中的数据,对中部六省的高技术产业创新驱动绩效进行评判分析。通过正负理想解以及贴近度值的分析,结果表明:河南省、湖北省、湖南省的综合绩效得分分别位列一、二、三位,山西省排名倒数第一,说明了经济产出指标对创新驱动绩效的高低有着直接的影响,并且从投入产出两方面对各省提出了发展高技术产业的对策方法。

Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Constructing indicators of innovation activity input and output system , based on entropy weight and TOPSIS matter-ele-ment evaluation model , seeking the data of Statistical Year book of Chinese Hi-tech Industry 2015 , innovation driven performance of hi-tech industry in Central was evaluated . Through analyzing positive and negative ideal solution and approach degree , the empirical results showed that:Henan province , Hubei province , and Hunan province were ranked as 1st , 2nd , 3rd . Shanxi province was ranked as 6th , it indicated that the output of innovation activity had the direct impact on innovation driven performance , and gave strategies and solutions to develop hi-tech industry for provinces in that two pacts .
