金融生态环境评价研究——以吉林省为例

自金融生态环境概念提出以来，其对局部金融领域的评价作用越来越重要。本文在前人研究成果的基础上，将金融生态环境的概念引入到对吉林省金融发展状况的评价之中，选取年度经济生产总量及固定资产投资状况、金融机构存款余额及金融深化指标和金融开放度、刑事案件的收结数量、商业银行产生的不良贷款率、政府的财政支出等指标，对吉林省金融生态环境的现状作了基本描述和分析，然后横向比较和分析了吉林省、辽宁省和江苏省的金融生态环境，并提出了相关的政策建议。

The Present Situation and Evaluation of Financial Ecological Environment in Jilin

Since the concept of ?nancial ecological environment has been put forward，it has been playing an increasingly important role in the evaluation of local ?nance. For the purpose of ?nding out the condition of the financial ecological environment of Jilin Province and providing evaluation，we use comparative analysis approach and quantitative analysis method to study this subject in this paper. Based on the results of previous studies，this paper introduces the concept of ?nancial ecological environment to the evaluation of the ?nancial development of Jilin Province，it takes the annual economic output and investment in the ?xed assets，deposits of financial institutions and financial deepening index and financial openness，criminal cases received node number，commercial banks non-performing loan rate，government expenditure and other indicators to describe and analyze the current situation of the financial ecological environment in Jilin Province，then，it compares and analyzes the ?nancial ecological environment of Jilin Province，Liaoning Province and Jiangsu Province. Although the ?nancial ecological environment of Jilin Province has improved recent years，there is still disparity between Jilin Province and developed province such as Jiangsu Province. At last，this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for Jilin Province.
