联盟组合的形成机理研究——基于复杂网络视角

本文在界定联盟组合的概念以及其复杂网络特性的基础上，指出联盟组合的形成与发展是焦点企业在一定的外部条件下，根据自身的实际情况和价值最大化的目标进行的有向选择而形成有向网络的过程，即联盟组合是多个焦点企业与其伙伴在有向机理的支配下多种机理共同作用的结果。有向选择机理、学习机理、共享机理、协同机理、突变机理在一定的环境下相互作用，共同推进联盟组合从无序向有序发展。

Research on the Formation Mechanism of AlliancePortfolios from the View of Complex Network

Based on the concept and characteristics of network definition of alliance portfolios,the paper points out that the formation and development of process alliance port folios which is the focus firm makes directional selection in a certain enviro nment,its capacity and value maximization goal situation,after that the directed network is formatted.Alliance portfolios is the result of directional selection under the control of a variety of mechanisms directional selection mechanism,st udy mechanism,collaborative sharing mechanism,interaction mechanism and so on af fects each other under the specific environment,impels the alliance portfolios f rom the disorder to the order development.
