政产学合作绿色技术创新的演化博弈分析

本文将大学视为政府投入对企业绿色技术创新影响的中介方，构建企业绿色技术创新与政府投入的演化博弈模型，进行5种情形下的ESS演化趋势的数值仿真模拟。研究结果表明，政府委托大学的研发投入达到某个临界值方可促使企业进行绿色技术创新，然而三者难以自发实现均衡状态，需一定的约束条件方可实现良性互动。

The Evolutionary Game Analysis of Green Technology Innovation under the University-industry-government Cooperation

It is of great significance for speeding up the realization of the green developmentthat analyzing how the government,enterprises and universities cooperate to promote green technology innovation.The article regards universities as the intermediary of the government investment on the impact of green technology innovation,builds the evolution model of green technology innovation and government investment,and carries out the numerical simulation of the evolution trend of ESS in 5 cases.The results show that there is a strong relationship between the game between the government and universities and enterprises.Only when the R&D investmentof the government in universities reach a critical value,it could encourage enterprises to carry out the green technology innovation.Due to the influence of the initial state of the game and the rational factors of the three parties,it is difficult for the three to achieve a balanced state,which requires a certain constraint to achieve a positive interaction.
