| 摘 要： | 社会保障制度是社会的安全网,是经济可持续发展的调节器、社会发展的减震器,是现代政府管理社会经济生活的重要工具。本文选取具有代表性的16个与社会保障水平相关的具体评价指标作为山东省17个城市2009年社会保障水平综合评价的原始指标,运用因子分析和聚类分析方法对这16个指标数据进行因子分析处理,然后对各个城市的社会保障水平进行客观的分析、比较和评价,最后得出相关结论,为政府部门决策提供参考。
