Regional Industry- University- Research Cooperative Innovation Based on the Perspective of Enterprise's External Knowledge Network Capability

On t he basis of existing literature of regional industry-university-research collabo ration,this paper starts from the perspective of enterprises external knowledg e network capability and focus on the promotion tacit of regional industry-unive rsity-research collaboration.Finally,according to the analysis level of inter-re gion,intra-region,knowledge network and corporate respectively,the paper propose s some approaches including the identifying institutional environment of differe nt regions and achieving interactive innovation,scanning external knowledge sour ces to determine members of the cooperative network,determining the network stru cture and network position and cultivating the quality of inter-organizational s ituations,nurturing corporate culture and team management skills and enhancing k nowledge preservation and absorptive capacity.
