| 摘 要： | 本文从数量、质量两方面对全区农用地整治增加耕地潜力进行了系统的测算和评价,就测算结果进行了分析,明确了全区农用地整治增加耕地潜力的分布状况,并从规划、组织领导、资金、政策法律、技术措施等方面提出农用地整治的保障措施.
