| Abstract: | This paper introduces the main causes of default electricity charge and measures to be taken to deal with such default.The internal measures proposed include strengthening basic work,responsibility in place and more strict perfor- mance measurement.External measures should be in place involve establishment of economic constraint to be imposed on default customers and more effective collection measures. |
