| 摘 要： | 介绍了企业集团资本运作特点后,分析了我国电网企业特征及存在问题,结合实际提出了从资本运作角度来解决问题、促进电网企业发展的策略,进一步指出电网企业进行资本运作的主要途径为:建立多元化产权结构、上市、建立和完善电力资本市场、实现一体化战略。

| Abstract: | After presenting the characters of aggregative companies' capital operation,the characteristices of power grid enterprises and related problems on finance are analyzed.In terms of capital operation,the strategy for the development of power grid enterprises is proposed,and further more,the main approaches for the capital operation of power grid enterprises are diversifing the property right structure,issuing shares and being a listed company, establishing and perfecting the power capital market,and implementing integrated strategy. |
