电力企业资金资源集团化运作模式的研究

研究了国内外先进企业资金资源集团化运作的各种模式及特点，对电力企业资金资源管理存在的问题进行了分析，指出集团化运作是企业集团发挥规模效应和协同效应，实现资源优化配置的有效运作模式，提出了大型企业集团资金资源运作的理想模式，并对电力企业集团资金资源集团化运作提出了针对性的建议。

Study of Grouping Operation Mode of Capital Resources in Electric Power Enterprises

This paper makes a study of the various modes and characteristics of grouping operation of capital resources of advanced domestic and foreign enterprises, and analyzes the existing problems of capital resources management in electric power enterprises. It is demonstrated that grouping operation is an effective way for enterprise groups to play the scale and cooperative role, and achieve the optimum allocation of resources. Some ideal modes of capital grouping operation of large-size enterprises are proposed and relevant suggestions are made for electric power enterprises to implement capital resources grouping operation.
