| 摘 要： | 从甘肃省高耗能行业发展的现状及问题出发，主要分析了电耗水平高、产业集中度低、企业转型缓慢这些影响高耗能行业发展的原因，在此基础上结合对甘肃高耗能行业发展优势的分析，提出了进一步发展高耗能行业的建议，为解决高耗能行业发展中遇到的问题提供了思路。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the status quo and problems of heavy energy consumption industry, this paper analyzes the main causes for the problems that influence the development of high energy consumption industry in Gansu province, such as the high electric power consumption, low industrial concentration and slow business transformation. Through an analysis of the advantages of high energy consumption industry in Gansu, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of heavy energy consumption industry, which may provide a guideline for solving the problems encountered by such industry. |
