| Abstract: | This paper starts with introduction of the theory of competition and regulation in the development period of power market based on economic theory;It is then followed by an analysis on regulation regime and regulation efficiency, which is helpful for better understanding of economic essence of those heatedly debated questions within the power sector such as power market development and approval authorities etc.It also has realistic significance for power sector restructur- ing with Chinese characteristics,which is still under exploration. |
