| Abstract: | General introduction is given to the content of electric power universal service and the importance of providing universal service to new socialist rural construction.Analysis is carried out on the problems facing the development of power universal service under new circumstance based on the summary of achievement of power universal service in our country. Solutions to develop universal service of electric power in our country and relevant suggestions are proposed. |
