| 摘 要： | 风力发电作为一种清洁的可再生能源，在我国已进入高速发展时期。介绍了我国的风能资源及开发条件，风电开发规划及布局特点。分析了我国风电大规模开发所面临的风资源详查与评估、风电与其他电源和电网的统一规划、风电并网后系统的协调控制与运行、风电开发管理等方面的问题。提出了促进我国风电大规模开发的相关措施。
