| 摘 要： | 能源审计是国家建立节能优先长效机制的具体举措，研究火力发电厂能源审计的技术和方法有重要的现实意义。从火力发电厂生产和经营的物理过程、财务过程和管理过程3个维度切入，探讨了开展火电厂能源审计的主要程序及其“三图三表一报告”技术分析体系的能源审计方法。

| Abstract: | The energy audit is a concrete measure for the state to establish a long-term energy saving mechanism. So it is very important to study the technology and methodology of energy audit for thermal power plant. Based on an analysis of the 3D processes of a thermal power plant＇s production and business, including physical process, financial process and management process, the paper discusses the main energy audit procedure for power plant, and the energy audit methodology of ＂three-chart-three-table-one report＂ technical analysis system. |
