| 摘 要： | 酒泉风电基地是我国规划建设的第1个千万千瓦级风电基地。介绍了酒泉地区风能资源及风电开发规划，根据一整年的风电模拟出力数据，对酒泉风电基地出力的季特性、日特性、出力分布、弃风电量、保证容量、有效出力、出力变化率、调峰特性等进行了分析，对进一步做好电源及电网的发展规划具有重要的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Jiuquan wind power base is the first pilot 10 GW-level wind power base in China. This paper introduces the wind energy resources and development plan of Jiuquan wind power base. According to a whole-year of simulated wind power data, an analysis is made on the seasonal and daily features, the power probability distribution, abandoned wind power, ensured capacity, effective power, power change rate and peaking characteristics of Jiuquan wind power base, which is very important for optimal development planning of power sources and power grids. |
