| 摘 要： | 根据相关机构的统计数据，对2008年全球及国内风电发展的基本情况进行了分析。全球的风电继续保持快速发展的势头，2008年美国与中国是全球新增风电装机容量最多的2个国家，风电总装机容量分列全球第1和第4；风电装机进一步呈向风能资源丰富的地区集中的发展趋势，并且凤电机组的单机容量继续增大，建议应对风电输送与消纳问题进行定量化的研究与分析。
