| Abstract: | As the smart grid construction concerns a diversity of parties, which include power grid companies, new energy generation companies, distributed generators, conventional generation companies and consumers, the smart grid development needs to be regulated so as to share benefits rationally among the entities. To this end, government should play a predominant and leading role in the smart grid development, establish and perfect policies and rules so as to induce the initiativeness and enthusiasm of the smart grid participants for promoting better and faster development of the smart grid. |
