| 摘 要： | 近年来，风电作为应对能源短缺和气候变化双重挑战的重要手段，在全球范围得到迅猛发展。在深入剖析我国风电发展历程及现状的基础上，解析实现我国风电规划目标所需的风电发展速度，就风电高速发展给电网、电源、各相关配套行业带来的不适应问题，从加强宏观调控、加快配套电网和电源建设等角度提出了保障我国风电可持续发展的建议。
