| 摘 要： | 价格机制是市场机制的核心，科学合理的电价机制能够有效反映电力供需关系并实现电力资源的优化配置。以上网电价、输配电价和销售电价3个环节的电价为研究对象，从电价水平、电价形成机制和电价管理体制等方面探讨了现行电价机制中存在的一些主要问题。最后对今后的电价改革工作提出了相应的建议与设想。
