| 摘 要： | 我国水能资源丰富,在当前大力开发水能资源的同时也带来了诸如生态环境与经济发展相协调等问题.本文从循环经济的角度探讨了以循环经济理念指导我国水能资源开发的必要性和可行性,并就如何将循环经济理念运用到我国水能资源的开发中提出了具体的看法.

| Abstract: | China is abundant in hydropower resources. Vigorous exploitation of hydropower resources also brings problems, such as the conflicts in coordination of ecological environment protection and economic development. This paper discussed the necessity and feasibility of instructing hydropower resources exploitation with cyclic economy theory,and proposed concrete views on how to apply the cyclic economy ideas to the exploitation of hydropower resources in China. |
