| 摘 要： | 结合诸多典型事例,提出了基层供电部门在实际工作中,正确选择使用电能计量装置应注意的问题.并呼吁供电部门要通过进一步规范计量装置,强化计量管理手段,来降低农村配电网运行中因计量管理不到位而带来的损失,实现配电网的经济运行.

| Abstract: | This paper raises some questions for grass root power supply units to correctly select electric energy metering device by giving many typical examples.Power utilities are appealed to further standardize metering device and to strengthen metering management measures in order to lower the losses caused by improper metering management of rural power network operation as well as to realize economic operation of distribution network. |
