Recently,a message which says that "Zoomlion will sell its high-quality assets-Environmental & Sanitation Branch Company,and its management team might be possible buyers" has made Zoomlion unwillingly involved in public opinions.In China,the privatization of state-owned assets can hardly avoid being questioned for low transaction price,especially when buyers are related to the management.Such privatization is always deemed as MBO,which to some extent has been a byword of "benefit transfer" in China.Surely Zoomlion is suffering such questioning,too.However,is that the ture purpose of Zoomlion’s selling its sanitation branch?
