| 摘 要： | 随着资源耗竭、环境危机的频现,＂资源节约、环境友好＂的理念逐步为消费者关注与认同,环保也日益成为企业竞争的焦点,针对这一变化,企业在经营管理过程中必须进行系统的创新以适应变化的市场环境。据此,在对环境价值链阐述的基础上,提出企业管理应从战略、制度、文化三方面进行创新,以提高企业的环保竞争力。

| Abstract: | With more and more events of resource crisis and environment crisis,the concept-＂Resource Saving Environment Friendly＂ has being accepted by the consumers.The environment friendly also has being a focus of enterprise competitions.For this change,the company must make a full innovation in the operations,to adapt the market.So,this paper,based on the concept-＂the Environmental Value Chain＂,supplied the point that the management model should innovation from strategy,institution,and culture,in order to improve enterprise competitiveness of environmental. |
