| 摘 要： | 从20世纪90年代中后期开始,学术界对于知识管理这一课题的探讨异常热烈。学者们尝试从各种不同的理论角度来分析知识管理的成功要素,有关知识管理的研究文献与日俱增,有学者认为知识管理是继资源基础观（RBV）之后的一个新的战略学派。文章通过对既有知识管理文献的整理,对知识管理的研究视角、理论维度与理论流派进行了述评。

| Abstract: | Since the middle 90＇ s of last century, Knowledge Management （KM） has triggered hot discussions and lots of researches. Many scholars have exploring the key successful factors for KM from different views, one of which regards KM as a new school of strategy transcends Resource-Based View （RBV） . This paper gives a review about existing research perspectives, dimensions and schools of knowledge management theory. |
