城市中心区与郊县卫星城协调发展研究——以“三年大变样”背景下的石家庄市为例

河北省提出从2008年到2010年“每年一大步、三年大变样”的目标后，石家庄市按照“三年大变样”要求提出“1＋4”格局开展中心城和卫星城建设思路。文章从分析国内外卫星城的发展现状入手，结合石家庄的特点及现实状况，探讨了石家庄在中心城与卫星城建设方面存在的问题和对策。

The Study on Harmonious Development between Central City and Satellite City—— A Case Study of Shijiazhuang under the Background of Great Changes within Three Years.

Hebei province has put forward a goal, which is to go one giant leap each and make our towns change a lot in 3 years from 2008 to 2010.This goal is to give our city a new look. It is planned to develop the central city and satellite cities in Shijiazhuang on the basis of pattern of ＂one plus four＂ . Starting with analyzing the development status of the foreign countries, this article combines them with the characteristics of Shijiazhuang to study the problem and the develop Strategy of central city and satellite city districts in Shijiazhuang.
