| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来，经济全球化已经成为当今世界经济发展的主旋律。在技术革命和知识经济的推动下，新一轮国际产业转移正在进行，这既是经济全球化的必然趋势，也是经济全球化的重要内容。新一轮国际产业转移有着自身的特点，并将进一步加强经济全球化的趋势。在这种形势下，中国要采取有力的应对策略，促进经济健康持续发展。

| Abstract: | Economic globalization has become the theme of the world＇s economic development since the 90＇s of 20th century. The new round of international industrial transfer is going on under the pushes of technical revolution and knowledge economy, which is the inevitable trend of economic globalization and also the important content of economic globalization. The new round of international industrial transfer with its own characteristics will further strengthen the trend of economic globalization. In this situation, China should adopt the effective couuternaeasnres and promote the healthy and sustainable development of economy. |
