| 摘 要： | 金融创新是在既定制度环境约束下进行的，产权制度、管制制度、法律制度等是最为重要的外在制度因素。考察我国金融创新的核心制度要素可以看出，仍然存在很多问题。推进我国金融创新必须要加强制度环境建设。

| Abstract: | This paper emphasizes that financial innovation is carried out under the restriction of the set institution environment, and property right, regulatory system and law system are the important external institution factors. The investigation indicates that there exist lots of problems in China＇s institution core elements of financial innovation, thus strengthening the construction of institution environment is essential for promoting China＇s financial innovation. |
