| 摘 要： | 分工与合作越密切的组织，信息分享需求越高，因此．越需要重视跨组织的信息整合。今天，跨组织信息系统已成为企业获取竞争优势的一种战略需要。文章讨论了跨组织信息系统的定义、研究跨组织信息系统的理论视角和创建跨组织信息系统的意义，并进行了述评。

| Abstract: | The author thinks that there are more demands for sharing information in an organization in which there is a higher degree of division of labor and cooperation; therefore, more attention should be paid to inter-organizational information integration. Currently, inter-organizational information system has become a strategic demand for gaining competitive advantage. This article discusses the definition and research perspectives of inter-organizatlonal information system and its significance for setting such an information system. Reviews on researches on inter-organizational information system are also presented in the paper. |
