基于模糊综合算法的低碳经济发展水平评价

低碳经济建设既是＂两型社会＂建设的重要载体,其发展水平又是判断＂两型社会＂建设水平高低的重要标准。文章作者拟运用模糊综合层次分析法（F-AHP）对低碳经济的发展水平进行分析,力求通过对低碳经济的定量测度,探寻低碳经济的综合评价体系,以期有针对性的提出两型社会建设中发展低碳经济的对策和建议。

The Evaluation of Low-carbon Economic Development——Based on the Comprehensive Fuzzy Algorithm

Construction of low-carbon economy is an important carrier of the construction of ＂two-oriented society＂;meanwhile its level of de-velopment is an important criterion judging the construction of ＂two-oriented society＂,both integrated in the great process of building a socialist ecological civilization.This paper intends to apply Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process（F-AHP） to the analysis of the development of low-carbon e-conomy,trying to explore a comprehensive evaluation system for low-carbon economy by the quantitative measurement of low-carbon economy and to come up with solutions to or suggestions for developing low-carbon economy during the construction of ＂two-oriented society＂.
