| 摘 要： | 自20世纪50年代以来,企业社会责任（corporate social responsibility,CSR）的相关研究得到极大发展,研究成果日益丰富。文章对西方有关企业社会责任三个方面的理论进行了整理和述评,这三个方面分别是：企业为什么要承担社会责任、企业应该承担什么社会责任、以及企业如何承担社会责任。

| Abstract: | Since 1950s,researches on the corporate social responsibility（CSR） have been developed rapidly and the relevant achievements enriched.This paper reviews the relevant theories on three aspects of corporate social responsibility： why corporations should assume social responsibility,what social responsibilities should corporations to assume,and corporations how to assume their social responsibility. |
