| 摘 要： | 基于公益组织绩效评价的客观必要性和特征,从评价观念与意识制度、评价体系等方面,分析了当前中国公益组织绩效评价存在的问题,提出了相应的措施：提高对公益组织绩效评价的认识、构建适应于公益组织的评价指标、建立公益组织绩效评价的信息系统等。

| Abstract: | Based on the necessity and characteristics of performance evaluation of the public welfare organizations,problems of the performance e-valuation are analyzed detailedly from several aspects,such as performance evaluation ideas,the assessment system,etc.Some measures are taken to improve the performance evaluation and promote the development of public welfare,such as increasing the awareness of performance evaluation,constructing assessment index system,setting up information system and so on. |
