成品油管道技术现状及发展趋势

文章对成品油的四种运输方式铁路、公路、水路（沿海及内陆）和管道运输的特点进行了对比分析。针对国外成品油管道输送方面的技术现状和发展趋势，结合我国成品油管道的技术现状，对我国成品油管道发展提出了建议，即今后我国成品油管道的发展一定要不断吸收国外成品油管道顺序输送的先进技术和经验，提高成品油管道的技术水平和管理水平，充分发挥成品油管道的运输优势，降低运输成本，建设全国规模的成品油管道系统，进一步提高我国成品油的市场竞争能力。

Current Situation and Developing Trend of Finished Oil Pipe Technology

This paper made some comparison and analysis on the characteristics of the main four transportation modes of finished oil,namely,railway,highway,waterway (coastal and inland) and pipeline.In view of the technological situation and developing trend of finished oil transportation in abroad,proposals were made for the development of Chinese finished oil pipes in connection with the domestic technological situation.It is pro- posed that China should continuously absorb the advanced technology and experience of foreign countries in se- quential transportation,improve the technological level and management level of finished oil pipes,give full play to the advantages of pipe transportation for finished oil,reduce cost of transportation,construct a nation- scale finished oil pipe system to further improve the market competitiveness of Chinese finished oil.
